About
We are the University of Manchester Cheerleaders! Consisting of a variety teams competing nationally at a variety of sports matches and events throughout the year. UMC caters for all abilities and styles, with Elite Levels 1 and 2, Pom Dance, Urban Cheer and stunt teams. Our training sessions incorporate stunts, jumps, tumbles, flexibility and dance. We are a fun, diverse and sociable society who pride ourselves on our sportsmanship and inclusivity.
Committee
All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.
A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students’ Union.
It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
