We’re excited to introduce a new initiative at the Armitage Sports Centre! Our brand-new women’s fitness programme is open to both members and pay as you go users and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it!

Fitness Space
Whether you’re new to a gym environment and want to build up your confidence before using our main gym, or you’re a regular gym user that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main gym. Please see our timetable below for when the space is available to use.

This 60-minute one-to-one session with our qualified female fitness instructor introduces you to our gym equipment, including cardiovascular and resistance machines. Tailored to your fitness level, it’s perfect for those new to the gym.

Personal Workout Programmes (PWP)
This tailored workout programme helps you achieve your fitness goals with an initial consultation and a 60-minute gym session led by our qualified female fitness instructor. Receive personalised training advice on exercise technique and intensity.
Suitable for all, especially gym newcomers, the programme is customised to your needs for a more effective workout. You can renew it upon completion.

Level Up Strength Courses (Beginner and Intermediate / Advanced)
Level Up Strength is a course designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fitness. Suitable for beginners or those looking to overcome plateaus, our expert female trainers guide you with proper techniques and functional workouts.
