About

Branching from self defence, we teach a deeper level of martial arts. Classes are a mixture of simple exercises to build up basic skills (e.g. timing, balance, structure, flexibility, power) and practising realistic self defence situations.

Classes are on Mondays 18:30-20:00 at Trinity Sports Centre, M15 6HP

*Free* women’s self defence course!! 6 week course starting on Tuesday 5th October

Committee

All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.

A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students’ Union.

It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
