Troubleshooting
If you are having problems registering with the system, please check the following.
You need to register on the new system
There is no connection between the old system and this one, so you will need to register and create a new password – do not choose “Forgot password” unless you have registered with this system since it went live on 14 September 2023.
University ID cards
Our system is linked to your UoM student/staff ID card, so you need to have one to register. It can take 2 hours for the data to transfer after your card has been issued, so please try registering after that.
Use the correct registration option
Make sure you are using the correct option to sign up:
- All UoM students and staff (if this does not work, try this link for current public members)
- Public or non-UoM students…
Email address
Make sure you use the correct email address:
- UoM students and staff – use your University email address, unless you have used UoM Sport services before and there is a different email address on your record. Please try other email addresses that you may have had whilst at UoM (e.g. @student.manchester.ac.uk or @postgrad.manchester.ac.uk).
- Existing public or non-UoM students – the email address we have on your record
- New public or non-UoM students – you can use your preferred email address to sign up
