Officials are umpires, referees, linesmen and others who enforce the rules of official competitions.
Their duties and responsibilities of an official vary from sport to sport, but they are always respected and should be honest and fair.
Being an official can be very rewarding and can give a great insight into sports that just playing may not give you.
